Some housing/furniture details

Just some things to be added to the housing part of the server, mostly for immersions sake.

• Working Coffee makers, cost a small bit of money to make coffee.
• Chairs & Couches that you can sit on without the jank alt+e system, placeable within buildings.
• Larger furniture, a lot of the furniture currently feels a bit small
• TVs that play videos (probably just a couple of repeated frames) or youtube media players you can place within your house. Media players should probably cost money on the store though due to how easy they'd be to abuse.
• More commerical props (such as tables n shit)
• Doors that play the little jingle sound when they open (INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT)
